Catalogue of books lately published : transcript, 1885.

Transcription of John Moore's "Catalogue of books lately published," created from the author's original manuscript in 1885 by Alexander Campbell of Brooklyn, New York. The humorous work, consisting of facetious book titles ascribed to various members of New York society, was written by Moore during the Revolutionary War and later expanded by him with the addition of explanatory notes in 1818. Includes additional historical and biographical annotations and an index added by William Kelby, librarian at the New-York Historical Society.
